Do these icons have non-outline versions? And also did you have a license for these (can they be used commercially, etc.)?
No, sorry. Just the outline versions available. No license needed. If you buy them, you can use them in any project you like.
Do the characters have any animations included or are they static?
Static, but they face a particular direction so you can flip them to face left or right.
